If you’re considering purchasing any of our quality assured uniforms online, you will be guaranteed an efficient delivery service subject to items ordered.
Our delivery charges are as follows:

|UK mainland orders under £75 - Standard Delivery||£5.94|
|Highlands & Islands (including IOM)||£7.80|
All above pricing is including VAT.
If you’re ordering non-embroidered workwear before 1pm Monday – Thursday, we typically aim to dispatch your order on the same day. However, dispatch can sometimes take 2 – 4 days depending on stock availability and order volume. If you would like further advice on delivery times or require expedited delivery, you can speak directly to one of our team.
If you’re ordering a text embroidered garment, this will typically be dispatched within 4 – 5 days. Logo embroidered garments are also dispatched within 4 – 5 days from the point of approval of the logo visualisations provided. Your embroidery rep will always advise you of the estimated dispatch date of your order once it is confirmed.

We will always try and accommodate your deadlines to the best of our ability. If you have an urgent order, please call our customer service team to discuss courier options for expedited delivery.
Click & Collect
If you’re based locally to our factory, just outside of Manchester city centre, you can always place your order over the phone or email and collect from our store as early as the next day. Our online click and collect service is coming soon.

If you change your mind once you’ve received your order, you can return any non-personalised orders in their new, unworn condition within 28 days. Simply use the returns form provided with your delivery.
In the event that your order is damaged or faulty, you can also return your items in the same way.
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a full refund for the price of the garment or send you the new size(s) you require.
We are unable to accept returns or process refunds for items:
- that have been embroidered by us or a third party
- that we have made or customised specifically for you
